RETURN POLICY

All Luxe Volupté products are unique and produced on-demand for the customer only once ordered. Therefore, we do not offer exchanges. Product measurements are presented in connection with each product to make sure that you order the right size.

However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, Luxe Volupté offers a free reprint or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with our team using our email and provide a clear photo showing the issue. There is no need to return the damaged product. The customer is responsible for the return fee.

All returns are subject to a 7.90 € handling fee deducted from the refund.

Return Process

  1. Register your return: Use our return email: luxevolupte@mail.com

  2. Prepare the package: Use original packaging or a suitable alternative. Return separate orders individually.

  3. Print documents: - 1x return label - 3x commercial invoices Attach 2 invoices + label to the outside. Keep 1 invoice for UPS if needed.

  4. Drop off or schedule pickup: Visit a UPS Service Point or call UPS. Keep your tracking number safe.

Reclaims

If your product is defective, email luxevolupte@mail.com with:

  • Order number

  • Product name or article number

  • Photos of the defect

  • Description of the defect and how it occurred

Each claim is manually reviewed.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 7 working days of receiving the return.

Allow 2–3 additional days for the refund to appear in your account.

You’ll receive a confirmation email when your return has been processed.
